Shaun, a qualified Military Instructor, Trial Officer, and Military Engineer, brings over 35 years of experience to our team. He began his career in the British Army and spent 22 years in service, where he worked in combat engineering, bomb disposal, and heavy plant and construction. He also served within the UK MODs Research & Development Team and Defence Export Support Team (UKTI), before his final two years of service as an instructor at the Royal School of Military Engineering.
After his service, Shaun was a Technical Manager for expeditionary barrier installations, responsible for on-site technical support, before transitioning into the Sales Team and holding various roles such as Asian Regional Manager, UN Key Account Manager, and International Sales Team Manager.
Ben is an accomplished technical advisor with over 30 years of experience in providing expert support and installing protective solutions and expeditionary barriers in hostile environments. He served in the British Military for 20 years as a combat engineer, where he specialised in Force Protection Engineering, and is a qualified Military instructor with a thorough knowledge of protective solutions and their applications. Prior to joining DIRICKX Systems, Ben held the position of Technical Support Manager, providing on-site training and support to customers deployed in challenging environments globally.
With a proven record of delivering exceptional levels of service to clients, Shaun and Ben bring a wealth of experience and expertise to DIRICKX Systems. Their extensive experience working in hostile conditions makes them invaluable assets to project planning and delivery.
