DIRICKX SYSTEMS RECEIVES SILVER AWARD UNDER THE DEFENCE EMPLOYER RECOGNITION SCHEME.

DIRICKX Systems is proud to announce it has received the Silver Award under the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

The ERS recognises organisations that demonstrate support for the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families. Silver status is awarded to employers that actively demonstrate their commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and embed support for the Armed Forces community within their organisation.

This achievement builds on the company’s recent Bronze Award recognition, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to defence personnel, both within the workplace and across the wider defence sector.
