DIRICKX Systems has received the Bronze Award from the UK Ministry of Defence’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The ERS recognises UK employers who demonstrate a clear commitment to supporting defence personnel, including serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans, reservists, and their families.
The scheme comprises three award levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold, highlighting employers who actively uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.
This award follows DIRICKX Systems’ formal statement of intent to continue strengthening support for the defence community and reflects the organisation’s long-standing relationship with service leavers and military professionals.
With a workforce that includes former British Army Royal Engineers, DIRICKX Systems continues to benefit from the expertise, discipline, and operational insight that Armed Forces personnel bring to the defence and security sector.
