Leeds-based company DIRICKX Systems, which specialises in the manufacture, supply and installation of defensive systems has announced the fulfilment of two contracts to supply “significant quantities” of its Expeditionary Barriers to DE&S (Defence, Equipment and Support), the procurement division of UK MOD. A number of these units will be deployed to support Partner Forces in Ukraine.
The two contracts demonstrate UK MOD’s commitment to supporting British business, as well as their confidence in DIRICKX Systems’ superior design, quality and expertise in the manufacture of EB Units. It is the largest order received by DIRICKX Systems since their launch less than 12 months ago, and has enabled the company to expand significantly, creating employment in the region and exceeding Q1 quotas.
